Hidden features of seven

You might have missed these features! Read on to ensure you’re making the most of your workouts with Seven.

Follow a friend’s Custom workout

You might already know that you can make your own workouts in Seven, but did you know you can follow your friend’s workouts too?

Have a friend who’s always coming up with exciting new routines? Here’s what to do:

  1. Find your friends in Seven and then tap on their profile to find their custom workouts.
  2. Tap on the workout, and tap the menu icon in the top right corner to follow.

This workout will now show in your Custom Made section, so you can return to it whenever you like.

Personalize your workout intervals

Seven’s default intervals are 30 seconds active, 10 seconds rest, but you can adapt your workouts to suit your preferences.

To adjust your workout timing:

  • Go to the Profile tab and tap on the Settings icon.
  • Tap on Intervals
  • Customize your workout.

You can also increase your rest time for switching sides, and enable ‘double time’, so you perform one full exercise length on each side of your body.

Get the moves right

Pause your workout by tapping on the screen, and then swipe up the list at the bottom. Tap on any exercise for instructions on how to perform it.

You can also do this before your workout starts, by tapping on the workout name and scrolling down the list of exercises.
