How to track your other workouts with Seven

We want to help you stay active, and not just with Seven!

A well-rounded fitness routine is important, and no two schedules look the same. That's why whether it's swimming, pilates or a 30 minute walk with your family, you can log outside activities in Seven, and they will count towards your 7 Month Challenge.

Tracking your ‘external’ workouts helps you stay on track towards your fitness goals, provides accountability and helps you track your progress, earning Achievements in Seven as you go!

Here’s a step-by-step to start logging your activity:

Step One: Open Seven and tap the Profile section.

Step Two: Tap the Add Activity button.

Step Three: Choose your workout and enter the start time and the total duration. Be sure to hit Save in the top right hand corner when you’re done!

Your new activity will show up in your feed for your friends and followers to see and you won’t lose a heart that day. Pretty neat, right?

Pro tip: You can also sync your workouts directly from Apple Health/Google Fit, without the need for extra input. Simple go to Settings in Seven, and tap Health to enable it.
