How to create your own workout with Seven
Have some Seven exercise favorites? While working out with Seven, you may have your own insights into which exercises work best for you. With the custom made option in the workout tab, you can design your own workouts to meet all your needs and help you reach your goals!
Seven gives you the opportunity to create your own workout combinations from over 200 exercises available. If you haven’t done so yet, here is why you should start making your own custom workouts with Seven.
1. Make the ultimate workout for you
With the Custom Made section in Seven, you can combine all of your favorite exercises to create your ideal workout. The Custom Made feature allows you to select your favorite exercises from a list of over 200 exercises, selecting the ones that challenge you, improve your fitness, help you wind down in the evening and much more.
2. Create more varied workouts
Make a variety of workouts with the Custom Made option, from targeting troubled areas to building strength in a particular region of your body. Let’s say you want to create a good leg workout. Go to ‘Custom Made’ at the bottom of the Workout tab, on the next screen tap ‘Create Workout’ > ‘Add Exercises’ and type ‘Leg’ in the search bar, then add all your preferred leg exercises (as seen below). Whether you need a new workout you can do every Monday morning or something to do right before bed, you can make workouts for any occasion and all fitness levels!
3. Share your custom made workouts with your friends
When you workout with one of your custom made workouts, your uniquely designed workout will show up in the Seven Activity feed for all of your friends to see. Allow your followers to like, comment and follow each individual custom workout so they can work out with them too!
