Seven is a service developed and provided by Perigee AB. The service is available online at seven.app, in the Apple App Store as “Seven” and in the Google Play Store as “Seven”. The purpose of Seven is to help our users create healthy habits by working out regularly and tracking their progress.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe the terms for using Seven’s mobile applications, software, websites, APIs and services, including online purchases and web onboarding (collectively, “Seven”). You accept these Terms by using Seven. If you do not accept them, please do not use Seven.
You cannot access or use Seven if you are barred from receiving services under applicable law or have previously been suspended or terminated from Seven.
For information about how we collect, use and store your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Seven may enable you to post, upload, store, share, send or display information such as photos, images, video, data, text, workouts, workout sessions, activities, likes, comments and other material (“Content”).
You own all rights to the Content that you post to Seven, whether it was publicly posted, privately transmitted or submitted through a third-party provider, such as an activity imported from Apple Health or Google Health.
By making Content available in Seven, you grant Seven a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, copy, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce and translate the Content you post on or in connection with Seven. This licence ends when you delete your account.
You are responsible for the Content you upload, transmit or otherwise make available through Seven, including making sure you have the right to share it.
Seven does not routinely monitor or examine all Content uploaded by users and is not responsible for its accuracy or quality. We may refuse or remove Content that violates these Terms. You may encounter Content that you find offensive, indecent or objectionable.
Please do not use Seven to:
To use some parts of Seven, you need to create an account. Please provide accurate and complete information about yourself and keep it up to date. If you provide incorrect account information, we may suspend or remove your account.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity associated with your account. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at contact@perigee.se.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account in Seven. If we learn that we have collected personal information about a child under this age, we will take steps to delete it as soon as possible. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided information to Seven should contact us at contact@perigee.se.
If you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission to make a purchase under the laws that apply to you, please obtain that permission before purchasing.
You can delete your account at any time. Please remember that deleting your account or uninstalling Seven does not automatically cancel your 7 Club subscription. To stop future charges, you need to cancel your subscription separately, as explained below.
This section applies when you subscribe to 7 Club or purchase another paid product from Seven. By paying the subscription fee, you gain access to 7 Club for the subscription period you have purchased, subject to these Terms.
The features included, price, currency, billing period and applicable taxes will be shown before you complete your purchase. Available offers and prices may differ between countries and purchase methods.
When you purchase through our website using Paddle, you buy from Paddle, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles the purchase transaction, including payment processing and applicable purchase taxes. Perigee provides Seven and supports your use of the app.
Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Paddle’s Refund Policy. Paddle’s terms govern its sale to you; these Terms govern your account and your use of Seven.
Purchases through Apple’s App Store or Google Play are subject to the relevant store’s payment terms and policies.
Subscriptions are paid in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled. Before you subscribe, we will show you the subscription period, price and renewal terms. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges using your selected payment method.
To avoid another charge, cancel before your subscription renews, allowing for any cancellation deadline shown by the store or provider you purchased through.
Subscription prices may change. You will receive advance notice of an increase affecting your subscription, and we or the relevant purchase provider will obtain your consent where required by law. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.
A failed payment does not itself cancel your subscription.
Seven may offer a free trial, discount or introductory price. We will show you the offer’s duration, any eligibility conditions, and the price and billing period that apply afterwards.
If a trial converts into a paid subscription, cancel before the trial ends if you do not want to be charged. Otherwise, your subscription will continue at the price shown when you signed up and renew until cancelled.
Where the relevant app store’s terms provide for it, any unused part of a free trial may be lost when you purchase a subscription.
You can cancel your subscription to stop it renewing. You will normally keep access until the end of the subscription period you have already paid for.
For web subscriptions purchased through Paddle, use the “Manage subscription” link in your purchase confirmation email or request cancellation through Paddle’s support site.
For subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google, use the subscription settings provided by the App Store or Google Play.
Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not normally refund the period already paid for.
For Paddle purchases, refund eligibility and withdrawal rights are explained in Paddle’s Refund Policy. You can request a refund through Paddle’s support site or the support link in your receipt.
Depending on where you live and what you purchase, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase. This is separate from cancelling renewal. Where available, Paddle’s customer portal also provides an online withdrawal option.
Apple and Google purchases follow the relevant store’s refund procedures.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights relating to refunds, withdrawal, or products that are faulty or not as described.
If you purchase a one-time product, its features and any applicable redemption, use, or expiry conditions will be shown before purchase. One-time purchases do not automatically renew.
The refund and consumer-rights provisions above also apply to these purchases. Except where required by applicable law, consumable purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered, redeemed, or used.
We welcome comments, ideas and feedback about Seven.
If you send us feedback, you allow Perigee to use, disclose, reproduce, distribute and develop it without restriction or compensation to you. Please only send feedback you are comfortable with us using on that basis.
Perigee may suspend or deactivate your account or access to parts of Seven if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud or unlawful activity, create a security risk, or where required by law.
Where appropriate, we will give you notice and an opportunity to address the issue. We may need to act immediately to protect users or Seven, or to comply with legal requirements.
When an account is terminated, we may delete the account and related information as described in our Privacy Policy. Termination does not remove any refund or other rights you have under applicable law.
You are responsible for your own health. Perigee is not a medical organisation and Seven does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. Its purpose is to help you create healthy habits by working out regularly and tracking your progress.
Information available through Seven and our partners is provided for recreational and educational purposes. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where it cannot lawfully be limited, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
These Terms and your use of Seven are governed by Swedish law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.
Disputes between you and Perigee will be resolved by the Swedish public courts, with the District Court of Malmö as the court of first instance, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
This choice of law does not take away mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
