How To Personalize Seven
Here’s how to achieve the goals you want and make Seven work for you.

Tailor your workouts to your routine and ensure you’re getting the best workouts to meet your goals.

Set Up Your Plan

Create a workout plan tailored to your goals and choose from 3 objectives: Get Fit, Lose Weight or Get Strong. Choose your difficulty level, set a schedule and you’re ready to start working out.

Seven will provide you with a workout routine to help you reach your goals, all you need to do is tap ‘Start workout’.

Pro Tip: Rate your workouts every time, as your difficult ratings will help Seven adjust your Plan schedule over the coming weeks.

Get Creative With Custom Made

With hundreds of exercises to choose from, you can easily create your own workouts in the Custom section. Choose your favourite combos to feel the burn and add as many reps as you like.

Get The Timing Right

Time on your hands? Experiment with multiple circuits to vary the length of your workouts from 7 to 40 minutes!

Seven’s recommended intervals are 30 seconds active, 10 seconds rest, but you can adapt your workouts to suit you in Settings. If you’re new to HIIT, you might increase your rest interval, or decrease your active interval until you build up your fitness. If you’re already an athlete, try increasing the length of your active intervals to feel an extra burn.

Top tip: You can also increase your rest time for switching sides, and enable ‘double time’, so you perform one full exercise length on each side of your body.

Choose Your Instructor

You can choose between 12 motivating instructors from Seven! Do you respond to gentle guidance, cheerleader pep or military style orders? Find the instructor to suit your style at the bottom of the Workouts tab.
