Your new activity will show up in your feed for your friends and followers to see and you won’t lose a heart that day. Pretty neat, right?
Pro tip: You can also sync your workouts directly from Apple Health, without the need for extra input. Simple go to Settings in Seven, and tap Health to enable it.
