Here’s a quick breakdown of the new Loyalty Tiers based on your time as a 7 Club Member

• Blue Level: Base level
• Silver Level: 6 months
• Gold Level: 1 year
• Platinum Level: 3 years
• Diamond Level: 7 years

Am I automatically signed up?

Yes! Seven Loyalty is automatically counted from day 1 of your 7 Club membership (gift cards not included). This means if you have already accumulated 7 consecutive years of membership you skip straight to the Diamond Level. 

Where do I see my current perks?

You’ll find your current perks if you go to Settings > 7 Club > X Perks section. 

When will I unlock my next perk?

Depending on how long you’ve been a 7 Club Member your next perk level will be given once you’ve completed the allotted time. If you’re not sure when you subscribed you can go to Settings > 7 Club > Go to your Perks section and scroll to the right. There you’ll see how many days until you reach your next level.

Can I resubscribe to get my perks if I've unsubscribed from 7 Club?

Your perks are calculated based on the last time you were an active member of 7 Club as long as it isn’t more than 60 days ago. After 60 days pass in a non-subscribed state the clock starts again and you’ll move back to the Blue Level.
