
I started learning about HIIT for the first time in early 2015. I downloaded a bunch of apps, but didn’t find anything that stood out. Then later in the year, I found an article about Seven and it really caught my attention. The rest is history!

I chose Seven because the design appealed to me more than other apps. I loved the animations and Instructor voices, which were unique. I also just loved the overall experience and feel of using the app.
Everyday no matter what, since the first day I started using Seven.
Difficult question! For the first couple of months when I started, I wanted to see if I could keep going for 60 days in a row.
After that, Seven’s game-like experience of unlocking different Achievements helped me stay motivated to keep going. It kept me busy as it took a long time but eventually I unlocked them all.
By the time I did this, Seven had become part of my life and a daily routine, just like brushing my teeth or washing the dishes.

I mostly work out from home, and at the office every now and again. Sometimes, I’ll do a workout at the stadium where I do my football training.
One memorable Seven workout was at the LAX airport, before a long haul flight! Plus Seven has helped me work out on the road in countless hotels. I once worked out in a Las Vegas hotel on the top floor, which made for an unbeatable workout view!
At this point, Seven is an important part of my life. Get fit or die trying, right? 😊
