Why did you choose Seven?

From workout DVDs to YouTube videos, I tried so many different things over the years. I would get bored, it was too expensive or it was too difficult to make work. When I found Seven, it was an easy and inexpensive way to work out consistently!

Have you noticed any changes since starting Seven?

Yes! I’ve lost 20 pounds, but more importantly I have more energy. I’m stronger and I feel better than I ever have in my life. People in my life have even commented on how much happier I seem since starting Seven.

How do you stay motivated to work out?

At first it was maintaining my streaks on the app, moving up in Seven’s Leagues and interacting with other people on Seven.

After a while, it became more about a routine in my life, which is effortless with Seven. Tapping a few times on my phone shows me all my stats, where I can improve and how much I’ve accomplished.

What is your favourite workout/feature on Seven?

I love the variety and flexibility of the workouts in the library - Seven is the only app I’ve used which allows you to select not only by focus areas, but also by category.

In addition, I can always modify workouts to fit my needs. For example, adding more time in between sets, different instructor types, and even listening to my music on other apps while using Seven, the possibilities are endless!

I also love the fact you can create your own custom workouts. My favorite so far is called Jen’s Rockin’ Abs! 😊

Where is your favourite place to work out?

Outside on my yoga mat. I travel frequently and the changing scenery is refreshing.

What other workouts do you like to do?

When I started with Seven, I stuck strictly with the app’s library. After I got healthier, I learned I love outdoor activity. Depending on where I’m located, I’ll add a forest hike, beach yoga or kayaking to my weekly workouts.

Anything else you’d like to share?

The Seven app has changed my life.

I’ve always had back problems and finding a workout style to accommodate my injury was always discouraging. But with the help of Seven’s outstanding customer service (have you ever known staff members of an app by name - in a good way? They’re amazing!) I can make Seven meet my body, schedule and preference needs.
